Everything on this website is free, so there is nothing here to refund. The mobile app is not yet for sale, and its final purchase and refund terms cannot be published until the real store listings exist.
Pre-release policy, not final terms
This page explains the current status and is excluded from search indexing. It must be reviewed against the approved business model, App Store listing, Google Play listing, and legal advice before the app is released.
The website
The guides, tools, glossary, forms reference, and web practice bank are free. There is no website checkout, subscription, or account charge.

The planned mobile app
The app is free to download and try, and the complete paid upgrade costs $79.99. Its billing structure, purchase-restoration behavior, and exact refund path are still pending. We will not claim a one-time purchase, subscription, guarantee, or refund mechanism before those details are documented.
Purchases billed by Apple or Google are normally governed and processed through the relevant store. The final page will link to the applicable store process and explain any support route we can actually provide.
DRE fees are separate
California DRE application and examination fees are paid to the state, not to Pass California. DRE states that those fees are nonrefundable. Our licensing guide explains the current amounts and links to the official fee schedule.
