Reconciled the practice and glossary review descriptions with the October 6 content-source cutoff and October 7 outline check. Removed unsupported claims about vocabulary-question frequency and competing study materials. Distinguished general concepts from California rules and standard survey dimensions from actual parcel measurements. Replaced the shared FAQ accordion with native disclosures so collapsed answers remain in the initial HTML and work without JavaScript.

Review dates must describe the evidence actually recorded. Study advice does not require invented exam-frequency claims or competitor comparisons. Older source-check and historical publication dates remain unchanged.

Qualified nonclient confidentiality, contract contingencies and liquidated damages, usury exceptions, foreclosure timing, tax exchanges and passive-loss rules. Reconciled college-unit education with the private-school hour route, corrected re-examination fees and CE timing, and removed a universal statutory 360-day proration claim. Corrected the homepage's first-time-rate statement and added source-review evidence by section and article.

The full paragraph, table and note review found conflicts that the earlier targeted checks missed. Each corrected teaching field needs its controlling source and relevant exception; a review timestamp does not replace that evidence.

Corrected licensing eligibility, agency confidentiality and disclosure timing, signing authority, California lien theory, discipline deadlines, protected refinancing and several transfer and financing explanations. Removed the description of Regulation 2785 as a general ethics code. Added option-specific feedback throughout the 214-question public bank and corrected numerical feedback that did not match its option.

Some older summaries overstated a rule or omitted a material exception. Controlling statutes, regulations and agency guidance are linked in the affected lessons. The corrections are recorded with their source context.

Applied the county documentary-transfer-tax applicability threshold and upward rounding to $500 units. Corrected negative seller-net handling and daylight-saving boundaries in the study countdown. Clarified stated underwriting ratios, rent periods, tax assumptions and valid alternative calculation methods.

A correct formula must also produce the right result at boundaries. Exercise assumptions must not be presented as universal lending or tax rules.

Removed answer-count clues from test mode, added validated recovery of unfinished attempts and fresh mock draws, and disabled automatic click capture. Only explicitly permitted funnel-event fields are sent to analytics. Corrected the claim that DRE never publishes first-time pass-rate statistics and separated editorial modification dates from source-review dates.

Learner-visible feedback, privacy promises and review labels must match what the code actually does. Historical cohort statistics are not the same as a current monthly pass rate or an individual prediction.

Corrected the branch-manager rule. A qualified salesperson may be appointed as a branch or division manager and accept delegated supervision. The salesperson needs at least two years of full-time real estate experience within the preceding five years, a written appointment contract, and notice to DRE on form RE 242.

The earlier guide and question incorrectly said the manager had to hold a broker license. Business and Professions Code section 10164 expressly permits an experienced salesperson, while leaving ultimate responsibility with the responsible broker.

Corrected the Consumer Recovery Account explanation. Payment does not automatically suspend a license in every case. Beginning January 1, 2026, automatic suspension applies when the underlying judgment or DRE determination used the clear-and-convincing evidence standard described in Business and Professions Code section 10475.

The earlier explanation reflected the pre-2026 rule and did not incorporate SB 774. The guide, glossary, trust-account tool, and affected practice question were updated together.

Removed fixed two-to-four-week and four-to-eight-week application estimates and replaced them with DRE's live processing-time tracker.

The estimates came from a dated June 2024 document. DRE processing queues change, so a permanent number presented as current was not reliable enough to keep.

Corrected the statement about fonts. The policy said font files were served by Google Fonts and that your browser requested them from a Google domain on every page load. Fonts are downloaded when the site is built and served from this domain, so that request never happened and no third party was told you were here.

The site uses Next.js font optimization, which self-hosts by design. The policy described the ordinary web-font arrangement instead of the one in the code. Disclosing a data flow that does not exist is still a privacy policy that does not describe the product.

Removed the app price from the list of things we deliberately do not publish. The page said the app was unreleased and its price unconfirmed. The app is on Google Play as of September 17, 2026, and the price appears on the download, support and refunds pages.

Logged because our policy logs any change to what we publish or refuse to publish. The refusal was accurate when written and expired when the app shipped, leaving the standards page contradicting three pages that carry the figure.

Corrected the price shown for the app's one-time Premium purchase. These pages showed $89.99. The price is $39.99, which is what the app, the store products and the store listings carry.

The price was reduced to $39.99 on September 15, 2026 and the app was updated the same day, but the website reads the figure from its own environment setting and that was not changed with it. The Google Play listing opened on September 17 while the two sides disagreed. A price is exactly the kind of number this site tells candidates to check, so it is logged rather than quietly corrected.

Corrected the price shown for the one-time Premium purchase. These pages showed $39.99. The price has been $59.99 since September 24, 2026, in the mobile app and in the browser study app. It is still a single purchase, not a subscription.

The same drift as the September 17 entry: the price changed in the app and the stores, and the website's own environment setting was not changed with it. Logged for the same reason.

Corrected what these pages said was free and what needs Premium. The pricing page listed offline study, per-option explanations, spaced review and weighted progress under the paid price, although all of them work on the free tier. The free lists left out all 311 Key Terms, the one free attempt at the 30-question diagnostic and the Math Coach lessons. The download page gave the app 125 glossary terms and a 168-question Trap Library; the app has 311 Key Terms and 166 Trap Library questions (125 is this website's glossary). The support page said Premium was only in the mobile app; the browser study app has the same Premium.

A candidate deciding whether to pay is owed an accurate line between free and paid. These pages had drifted from the apps as the free tier changed, so the line now comes from one list that all three pages read.
