Corrections
A silently fixed error teaches a reader nothing about how much to trust the rest of a site. Corrections here are logged with a date, the page affected, what was wrong and why it was wrong.
The policy
When we find an error in a governed fact, meaning a fee, a deadline, a rule or a calculation, we correct the page and append an entry to the log below. The entry says what was wrong, what it is now, and where the correct information came from.
Typographical fixes, clarifications that do not change meaning, and new content are not logged, because logging them would bury the corrections that matter. Changes to a fact are always logged, and so is any change to what we publish or refuse to publish.
If you find something wrong, particularly a fee or a deadline, please check it against the DRE page we link to next to the figure. If we have it wrong, that link is the evidence we need in order to fix it.
The log
No corrections logged yet
Every fact on this site was verified against a cited DRE page on August 27, 2026, and nothing has needed correcting since. This is not a claim that the site is error free. It means no error has yet been found and fixed, and when one is, it will appear here rather than disappearing quietly.
